Hello everyone!
Its been a while since there's been anything to post on here apart from the on going live Sassafras shows which have been great. Thanks for your continued support.… The last year has been fraught with set backs due to ill health and accidents. Im pleased to tell you that there are some exciting things coming up. My old friend and colleague Jim O'Rourke is realising a compilation CD of his music called "Goreuon Jim O'Rourke" on Sain Records and to support the album is doing some live show's on August 2/3 in Cardiff and & hopefully through to the autumn. Jim has invited me to play bass and sing in his band Yr Hoilion 8 (see gig list). Jim will be singing and playing keyboards and also in the band are Greg Harris on guitar and gizmos and Steve Williams on drums and percussion, rehearsals are sounding very good.
I have also been playing bass on Andy Davies "Nomad" project which is wonderful.
I've also contributed some sessions for Marco's new Othurworld project were also upgrading his studio so look out for Othurworld's new album. No news on Smokestack. Sassafras are still touring. Who knows if I can get my head out of the sand perhaps some new music from me might take shape.

Quest early seventies
This was Quest, leaving Grangetown Cardiff for a 16 hour drive to Munich Germany,
a band put together by Ray and Myf Isaacs
which included Steve Williams & Richie Galloni.

you might have noticed the wem pa columns, in those day's pink floyd had 21 of these beauties per side
we had only a few but they were fantastic,bought for the band by the lovely Ray Jones,
and may I add out of his pocketmoney for the next thousand years.
